All reports are compiled based on the data on utility-scale solar power plants on the Wiki-Solar Database.
Not all of these records contain every parameter needed to calculate the ratios in section 3; nor every participant listed in section 4. These ratios are therefore based on the smaller subset of projects for which the relevant data is available.
